Shipping and Handling
We offer free Shipping and handling, delivery by Australia Post should take 3 – 14 days from date your payment appears in our account. Non-Australian orders are shipped by Air Mail International and cost a fee of $20 and may take longer. Sales Tax The GST is included in our prices.
Returns Policy
Because your order is a specially handcrafted one off piece and our stock control is of the highest standard, please choose carefully as we will not accept returns unless your order is faulty or does not match the image or description in which case you can contact us to arrange a replacement.
Special Order
Please note that each piece is a one only piece and in the case of your request being sold you will be notified that a new piece will be handcrafted for you, please allow an extra 14 working days for manufacture in our work shop.
Payment
All orders will be shipped when your payment appears in our account, for bank transfers please fax or email us the receipt.
